Only 12 EUROBIKE Gold Awards were given out this year – and our Travoy received one of them! Burley was also the only U.S. company recognized with this prestigious design award. The award was announced at the organization’s annual trade show in Friedrichshafen, Germany, September 1-4.

The jurors describe the Travoy as “an impressive contribution to bicycle mobility,” and a “good idea that has also been well-implemented. The win was also notable because the Travoy was included in the highly competitive accessories category.

We are thrilled to bring home the gold,” said Mike Coughlin, CEO of Burley Design. “After 30 years of leading the industry with child, pet and cargo trailers, we knew our design team could create a unique product that helps commuters do more on their bikes.”

The team of designers named for the award include: Aaron Beese, Joel Wilson, Gwen Spencer and Chris Casler.
