Living on the road
What started as a trip from Argentina to Alaska, turned into a full-time life on the road. Patricia Fehr and Germán de Córdov set out in their Land Rover Defender on March 10, 2003 and five years later reached the extreme point of Northern Alaska. Together with their daughter Inti, who was born on the road to Alaska, they transformed a classic school bus into their home on the road and embarked on a life of full-time exploration. They continue to travel the continent with their Labrador Retriever Aurora, exhibiting photographs and giving presentations and workshops at schools, universities, and companies to inspire others to fulfill their dreams.
“Amunches” means travelers in the language of the indigenous Mapuche people from Patagonia.
