Solstice® Jogging Stroller is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 79.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jogging stroller We love this stroller! The only flaw is that the seat bottom has a permanent bend in it, from storing the stroller in the folded position. The bend lifts our daughter's head up to an uncomfortable looking angle. Every few uses we can bend it back down and it's mostly okay. It should stop being an issue once she's bigger. The quick release wheels are great for loading it into our car. Fold/unfold is really smooth and easy to do. The under storage is big enough for diaper bag plus jackets and plenty more! The stroller is pretty much perfect, but I'd recommended not storing it in the folded position.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from From jogging to family road trips We have had our Solstice jogger for just under a year and it is our favorite stroller! First of all we love using it as a jogger. Besides for all the comfort features that makes going for a run or walk fun for my little one, the telescoping handle makes my longer than average stride actually fit without kicking the jogger. We also have a rain cover and travel case so we can take our little one on adventures such as road trips and hikes no matter what the weather may be. Highly recommend the Solstice if you want a quality jogger for the long haul.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better then Bob! We've had our Burley for about 1yr. We don't have a garage for storage, so I've always needed to fold it frequently to put in the car and to store it. This folds with one hand, one motion, and can be lifted into an SUV with one arm (your arms get stronger when you carry a baby around all the time!). Other joggers require both hands and multiple folds and clasps to fold it closed. I love the storage of this stroller, too! And, no loud Velcro to lift the window flaps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfy for Babe and Smooth for Me. I got my Burley Solstice a month ago and have been loving it. We live in the mountains on asphalt (read bumpy, not paved) roads with really steep hills and I've been really pleased with how smooth the ride is on our all-terrain trails and roads. The S.I.T. harness is so easy and quick to use and the adjustable handle is comfortable (I'm 5'8"). The cargo area is huge--so much better than our Britax stroller and it folds and unfolds easily. My only complaint is the swivel/fixed knob. It's at the front wheel terminal so you have to stop to change it from fixed to swivel--not great if you're jogging or traveling up or down hill. It's not a huge deal but it would definitely be an area for improvement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love it but... The burley has most everything I need, plenty of space below, easy maneuverability, good grip, smooth ride for baby. I love the window to see my baby through the shade cover. I would like to have some tougher tires, I live in rugged terrain and have had to repair and reinflate the tires many times. I would also love to be able to recline my baby more when asleep and prop her more upright when awake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's Great! We have a 4 month old and use the car seat attachment. We jog with this stroller multiple times a week and use it when running errands around town. The stroller does well on dirt roads too, we've even taken it on an off-road 5K. It has lots of storage space in the bottom for short grocery trips. It does collapse quickly to fit in the bed of my truck VERY easily, and the rear wheels come off to fit into the trunk of our mustang, the front wheel comes off, however the front fork does not. I would have given it 5 stars if the front fork came off easily... And the cup holder is a little small, it fits a small disposable water bottle but not the larger Nalgene bottle I prefer to carry.... It really is an awesome though, a little expensive but that seems to be the trend for any good baby items :-/

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This jogger was a HUGE step up for us. Ran 1,000 + miles on our last one (made by another company), and decided to upgrade for #2. It's made very well, folds and unfolds extremely easily. Most noticeable difference was the handling and control. We have some twisty paths and it tracks very well. We wanted something we could use with the infant car seat so that we could use immediately, so we got that extra fitting - it also works great. Also, the alignment is very easy to adjust. Expensive yes, but in this case I think you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an amazing all around jogging stroller! There are so many great things about this stroller. It has a HUGE basket that is easy to get into-this is key since we live in an urban city and do most of our getting around by walking. The canopy is also very large and has a peek-a-boo window that snaps shut with a magnet (brillant! no more waling baby with velcro closures!). Folding the Solstice is a cinch- Just slide a button on the handle bar and fold-easy enough to do one-handed if you need. This stroller handles all the cracks and bumps on our city sidewalk with a breeze. I couldn't be more happy with the Solstice. It's not a compact stroller at all, but that's just how it goes with a luxury jogging strollers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have been using our Solstice since our daughter was born in November 2015. Along with the Solstice we purchased the bunting bag and handlebar console. We own three other strollers and the Solstice blows them all away in terms of build quality, ease of use, and comfort. Everything about it feels high quality and is easy to operate including the accessories. The canopy has great coverage for bad weather and bright days. The straps are SO easy to use and adjust. It tracks excellently while moving so you can focus on walking the dog next to it or just enjoying the outing. Anything we have needed to bring along fits easily in the storage area under the seat (it's huge!). Folding and unfolding it is a snap with the easy to find yellow clips. After seeing how nice it is all of our other new parent friends agree that it is the jogger to buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! I received a Burley Solstice Jogging Stroller for winning an online contest. I recently gave up pushing my little man in the old stroller I had and wanted something new. Twist of luck I guess. The Solstice is great on the run! I typically keep the front wheel unlocked (even when running) so I can turn so much easier! The straps are easy to use (almost too easy since my 3yr old likes to buckle and unbuckle himself) and the fold/unfold-and-go is great! I have been keeping it in my car so we can quickly go from work to the local group runs easily :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seriously perfect!!! The solstice has been so perfect for or little family. We’ve been walking/jogging with our 9 month old around our neighborhood, at the park, and on easy trails. I love how the sun shade zips open to cover up the baby even more, and the magnet on the viewing window is just a small detail that makes the entire experience so nice. Also, packing the stroller into the tiny trunk of my Pontiac is actually super easy. The front wheel pops off with ease and the body of of stroller packs down really tight, making it easy to pop into the trunk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Ride I have loved the Solstice Jogging Stroller! It is the only stroller I've had and has worked great from day one. The ride is so smooth - running, walking and even some "off roading". Collapsing and opening the stroller is quick and easy too. I purchased the car seat attachment so my Britax car seat would attach. Now that baby is bigger, I no longer use the attachment and simply snap baby in to the harness. I am confident that baby is safe when in the stroller, especially when running/jogging. So happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Substantial Stroller Upon first receiving the stroller I could see the build wuais top notch. The shocks are plush but firm. The tires come deflated so be aware you will need a pump. Disassembly is easy. The wheels come off easily and folds down quickly. It does not say completely flat, as such takes up some room when traveling. The straps are easy to connect. The canopy folds out to completely shade the child. You can see them easily through the viewing screen. Plenty of cargo space underneath. Changing between stationary front wheel to swivel is extremely simple. I do wish there was a cupholder/bottle holder built in. I know they sell an attachment but would be nice at this price point. However build quality, fast shipping, and ease of use make this a great stroller regardless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great stroller! A couple revisions. We have had our stroller now for a year. It is holding up great! It even survived being dragged 12 feet by the wind attached to an Ez-up and the frame was not damaged. It is easy to transport and compact once the wheels are taken off. Extra large storage area below compared to many stroller. Wet love the zippers and magnets verses the use of velco. The large sunshade is great. The only thing I would modify: :: Make the seat fully recline for a better sleep. As well as fully sit up right. :: Ditch the bowl and make it another cup holder. Or make the top of the bowl a snack top. :: Have the sun shade detach at the handle bars so that it may shade from the front back. :: The handle bar could pivot for height instead of extending. I am 5'10 and the height is great for walking, but when running I wish it could go lower. :: The trim on the mesh pockets is poor and needs to be a stronger material. Our is already stretched out and we hardly use them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth:) My baby and I love this stroller, it is like a car. Smooth ride, can dredge through snow, rocks, cobble stone, basically any terrain. Awesome up hills and for running trails, holds everything just like a car. My coffee, phone, water, I even put my 20 lb dog in the bottom when the weather is bad. Easy one hand folding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We LOVE it! We got the solstice 5 months ago, and we love this stroller! I run with our now 16 month old using this stroller, and it works great. It's a smooth ride and feels effortless, in fact, the stroller doesn't really slow me down much. I run on paved trails and packed dirt trails, and it perform great on both surfaces. We tend to use this stroller more than our non-jogging stroller because the basket is huge and we can fit a diaper bag underneath. I can't wait for the snow to melt, so I can go running with my baby again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great underrated stroller! I bought this stroller a little over a year ago and am so glad I chose this over the other contenders! We were in the market for a jogging stroller that I could use to run with my then 6 month old but also something that we could take on family outings to the beach, park, etc. We considered Bob and Thule, both at similar price points, but after reading a few reviews and testing the fold and telescoping handle in person, we were sold. The push is great, handles easily on rough uneven surfaces. It's so easy to strap my child in and she is clearly very comfortable. My favorite feature just might be the storage basket. We have a City Mini GT that I can barely squeeze my diaper bag into. In the Burley, I've fit two diaper bags, a blanket, and had room to spare! Great stroller!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most valuable baby item to have After my daughter was old enough for the Burley Solstice Stroller, it became one of the most used baby items we own. She grew very quickly and was a heavier child from the start, so it was nice to transition to a sturdy stroller from a carrier for our daily walks. This stroller is able to tackle a variety of terrain (to include unpaved trails and snow-covered roads) and all kinds of weather: extra sun/rain/snow coverage from canopy, wind protection from the weather shield, warmth from the bunting bag. I couldn't imagine keeping us indoors from the sometimes harsh high desert climate as extreme weather happens more often than not. My daughter usually dozes off on our walks, and the awesome shock absorption keeps the ride smooth for her to get a restful nap. The large storage area underneath is a huge bonus for holding all sorts of necessities while we're out and about and the storage that attaches to the handle bar is very useful for holding the smaller things, like water bottles and keys.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Kind of Annoyed I loved my Soltice for the first month or two, but now the stroller seems to be falling apart and it's a factory second, which means it not returnable. The stroller handle seems to be getting really low and I am a short person, for me at 5'2" to say that the handle is low is absurd because nothing is ever at my level. it didn't start off that way either. I have jogged with it 2-3 times and don't put unnecessary weight on it, i.e. bags. One great thing about the stroller is the under carriage storage!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Urban Mobility Kid Hauler We live car free in a dense urban area. We read reviews and tested out numerous carriers. We had a hard time purchasing anything due to so many choices but we quickly discovered that the the Burley was the perfect fit. It rolls over any city/park terrain with ease and comfort for baby, which was one of our most important requirements due to how much we traverse the city. It's stable and easy to push so both mom and dad can do it with no problems. The only issue we have is that we have steps to our front door and wheeling this down isn't quite easy. The child must be removed fully, carrier wheeled (or carried) down, then child put back in. Kinda a pain but how life is. Overall, a great carrier and if you live in an area where you are on your feet and over various terrains, go Burley!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy I love this stroller. I recently replaced my old jogging stroller (had it for 6 years and put thousands of miles on it!). This stroller is very sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. It glides smoothly and is easy to turn. It is somewhat heavy though, but that's a trade off I'm willing to take. The basket underneath is HUGE and could probably fit a small child ;) my Older children even love to sit on the footrest at the front when they get tired, it's big enough for them. I do wish the handlebar was not covered in the black foam stuff though - I've had others that rip and tear after a short time from light use, I'm hoping this isn't the case. I wish Burley would replace it with rubber (like a tire) like my old Baby Trend jogger had on it. 6 years and not a single rip or snag in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stroller I love the Burley Running Stroller. It handles really well and I feel very safe with my baby in it. If I had more of a social media presence I would love to be an ambassador for this product. I'm a competitive athlete and staying active with the baby was very important and the Burley allows me to do that and share the experience with my little guy. I used it at first for long walks with kiddo in his car seat and now he's finally old enough to sit in the stroller seat. He was obviously comfortable :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from decent jogger...doesn't last This stroller was great...for a while. I love the big tires with off road capability, how easy it is to fold up or open, and how compact it is for storage. The problem for me is the quality for price. Within months the front wheel knob stopped locking the wheel making it nearly impossible to jog with. Not ideal, but not a total deal breaker. The worst part for me is that after 2.5 years I was ready to bring the stroller back out for my next baby (has been in climate controlled storage for close to a year because our first only wanted to walk everywhere) and the straps have completely disintegrated in several spots, namely where it connects to the seat cushion. If this was a part I could purchase and replace, I happily would, but since it is not the stroller is essentially useless to me now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Jogging Stroller I got this amazing Solstice Stroller to review today. It took only a few minutes to put together and wowsers. It's plush and moves with ease. It has two cupholders that can be moved from baby to parent. It folds up almost flat and the tires can be removed making it smaller than my last stroller and it stands on its own, no falling over. It literally has a one second, one-handed fold up. I didn't believe it till I tried it myself. I wish I had it when my other kids were little. Amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I needed in a jogging stroller! I'm not a pro runner but I wanted a jogger for light workouts. After a friend let me borrow her Solstice, I was sold. It beats all of my gripes about a certain other popular jogging stroller: Stands when folded? Check! Locks when folded? Check! Magnetic canopy window? Check! Budget friendly? Check!(!!) My only "aw darn" is the adjustable handle. It's a wonderful feature, but takes a few steps and mine seems to stick going both ways. I hope it loosens up over time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent stroller The stroller itself moves smoothly and is super easy to set up and take down. My only complaint, and I'll need to call the company about, is the fact that the carriage part that hold my daughter broke. My daughter is 20 lbs and it's brand new. I got it two months ago, so I assume it's a random factory defect. Specially the metal bits that keep the carriage part in place just snapped off. Hopefully it's a super easy fix. Other than that, it's a fantastic stroller.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Really needs a handbrake I have owned the Burley Solstice stroller for 18 months. After my third child my Chicco stroller and garbage picked jogger had enough, so I decided to upgrade. I love my Burley D'lite and really liked the storage on the solstice and wanted something different from everyone else. Immediately I missed the handbrake my other jogger had. my d'lite has the jogging wheel and hand brake, so why doesn't this Solstice?! Also, two screws have fallen out that hold up the seat back to the frame. Luckily, the threads weren't stripped and I found screw, so I could reattach. Overall, the sunshade and buckle are great. Storage is fantastic. My tiny 3 year old realized she can fit underneath and get a ride or, sit up by front wheel and hitch a ride. But, a brake is really needed while out running. Burley- can you offer a brake as an add on?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great stroller, carseat adapter could work better This stroller has been great from the start. The car seat adapter holds the seat in well but does not fold into the stroller very well. We end up just tucking it into the car beside the stroller as it doesn't easily pack away anywhere we can find. We live in a neighborhood with uneven sidewalks and our baby rolls over them without missing a wink of sleep. We also like to venture out into the mountains and this has been great on crushed gravel trails.
