At each stage of the ordering process (confirmation, processed, shipped), you will receive an email to the email address used on the order. To check the status of your order, please contact Customer Service. You can also track your order through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Change or Cancel Order
- Contact Customer Service if you would like to cancel an item or order. If the order has shipped, please follow our returns process to return any unwanted items.
- To add to your order, please submit a new order on Burley.com with a “Customer Note” to ship the orders together. If the order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost will be refunded accordingly if a non-expedited shipping method is selected.
If your order has been declined, please check with the financial institution that issued the credit card for additional information.
