SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding Holidays.
  • Orders typically ship 1-2 business days following order placement.
  • Orders are shipped from our Oregon warehouse.
  • Arrival dates listed from a shipping carrier are not guaranteed by Burley, and are estimates only.
  • Tracking information will be sent to email provided within 12 hours of shipping.
  • Currently we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
  • Free shipping promotions are restricted to the contiguous states (No AK or HI).
  • Free shipping may be voided by Pro Deals or other coupons.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new, unused product within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) by visiting burley.com/support/contact.

Please Note:
– All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
– Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.
– Closeout items and factory second sales are non-refundable.
– A 15% restocking fee may be charged on certain items at our discretion. These items include trailers, bike seats and cycles.

2. Include your original order number (or packing slip) with your return. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of your package.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Normally, the credit should show on your credit card account within 5-7 days after we receive your returned product, but may take longer to show up on your billing statement depending on your billing cycle. Credit will be made via the original payment method and will be given for merchandise only, not including shipping charges.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your burley.com purchase, please follow the return procedure to return the item(s) for a refund and place a separate order for the new item(s). If you are interested in exchanging a Burley product that was purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding their return policy.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
