SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please see our Terms of Service for complete details of Burley’s shipping and returns policies. For convenience, we address some highlights and FAQs below.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding Holidays. 
  • Orders typically ship 1-2 business days following order placement. 
  • Orders are shipped from our Oregon warehouse. 
  • Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed by Burley, and are estimates only. 
  • Tracking information will be sent to email provided, typically within 12 hours of shipping. 
  • Currently we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. 
  • Free shipping promotions are restricted to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only (these promotions will not apply to AKHI, or U.S. Territories). 
  • Free shipping may be voided by Pro Deals or other coupons. 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from this website, you can return your new, unused product within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. See our Terms of Service for our full returns policy.  

To initiate a return for eligible products, just follow these easy steps: 

  1. Obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) by visiting burley.com/support/contact.

Please Note:
– All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
– Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.
– Closeout items and factory second sales are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
– Burley may charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items at our discretion. These items include trailers, bike seats and cycles. 

  1. Include your original order number (or packing slip) with your return. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of your package.
  2. Mail your return package to:

As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Normally, the credit should show on your credit card account within 5-7 days after we receive your returned product, but may take longer to show up on your billing statement depending on your billing cycle. Credit will be made via the original payment method and will be given for merchandise and sales tax only, not including shipping charges. 

We do not accept returns of Burley products purchased from other retailers. If you are interested in returning or exchanging a Burley product that was purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding their return policy. 

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES 

If you need to exchange your purchase from this website, please follow the return procedure above to return the item(s) for a refund and place a separate order for the new item(s) from our website 

DAMAGED GOODS 

If you discover shipping damage or other problems with your order upon opening your package, please contact our customer service department for assistance by visiting burley.com/support/contact.
