Rated 2 out of 5 by Linfb from Tires ar always breaking. It arrive damaged when we purchased it. The from spikes on the tired were all broken off. The customer service was very helpful though and replaced the whole tire. However my daughter has only ridden the bike a handful of times and the back tire is now also damaged in the same way, all the spikes have fallen off so it is unridable. I’m in the process of filing another claim and hoping they will be as helpful as they where the first time. The new front tire seems to be holding up but we seriously just have been able to ride the thing since buying it to really give a review. Maybe it’s a fluke thing but The bike always seems to be broke.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sarah H from Coolest balance bike ever! My two year loves it and is already a pro at riding it. It has an adjustable seat and handlebars, so this bike will work through years of growth spurts. We see a lot of balance bikes in our neighborhood, but the MyKick is by far the best looking. With the soft seat that matches the paint job and the real spoked wheels, it looks more like a "big kid" pedal bike and less like the basic, mostly-plastic balance bike we see everywhere. People are always stopping us to ask about it! Not only is the MyKick easy and fun to ride, but it is miles ahead of other bikes in style.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Clay from This is very good quality balance bike. Compared others and went with this because of the rubber tires, oversize and cushy seat, rubber grips and Burley's reputation. My son was 2 1/2 when we bought it and he picked up riding this very quickly. After 18 months I am replacing the front wheel because the spokes loosened to the point that several broke off. I will be more diligent about checking for loose spokes as this will be handed down to little sister soon, then new baby in a couple of years. I have no doubt it will last through all 3 kids. Highly recommend, 4 stars due to spokes but that is preventable with better maintenance. Moving son to 16" pedal bike and will not use training wheels as he knows how to balance after riding this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Doug from My daughter has mastered the kick and glide on it in only 3 months. She loves riding it and even raced in the local MTB series one night (she won her 2 yr old age group, against one other rider;-) ) Only complaint is that it is a bit heavy for a little one to pick up by herself, but that's just a testament to the toughness necessary for a toddler bike, right?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Garrett from This is a great product. Balance bikes are such a great way to teach toddlers to balance and get comfortable on a bike. They learn really quickly that they can go anywhere with it, and they have no fear once the day comes to move up to a pedal bike. My first two kids that used this did not fall even one time when they were ready for pedals. It's amazing. The seat on the Burley MyKick can usually go low enough a child around 2 years old. The Burley MyKick is really worth the money, as compared to others out there. You can feel the quality in the materials and construction methods used, and it has held up better than our another brand of balance bike we have. Things like the real rubber tires that won't go flat, the rubber grips, and the clamps on the seat post and handle bar stem, tell me that it is made to last. The weight of the aluminum frame gives it a solid feeling like a real bike, rather than a toy. Our Burley MyKick is on it's third kid, and it feels just as good as when it was brand new.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Miranda from Great bike, but definitely doesn't grow with your child. The specifications lists the bike for ages 3+. I bought this for my 4 year old who is shorter than most kids her age and the bike is too short. We just realized that the seat is already at the max height, and her knees are bent way too much. I wish there was a taller seat that we could purchase because she loves this bike so much. We're going to try to return it to the dealer we bought it from.
