Rated 5 out of 5 by Dorothy Watkinson from Annie, my Border Collie, is getting used to her tail wagon. We have made several short trips. I find it very easy to handle and to pull; however, one of the first times I used it, the bike fell over as Annie was loading up, and the connector snapped. Thankfully, the bike shop had one and installed it for me. So, if you do not have another person to hold the bike to make sure it doesn't fall while you are loading, you have to find some way to wedge the bike upright to keep it from falling over. The bike shop looking at installing a different kickstand, but there wasn't room on the axle when using the wagon. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kiah Kaiser from My master and I love our new Burley Tail Wagon! My name is Kiah and I am a 50 pound Australian Shepard mix which means I'm nearing the upper weight limit of my wagon. I've had to work with my master to engineer some nifty tie-down harnesses to keep me from jumping out when something of interest crosses my path. My master says he would be happy to share these modifications with Burley if there is any interest. I do have one request: It would sure be nice to have an optional, longer, trailor-to-bike bar to keep my nose farther away from the rear wheel. For smaller dogs this would not be as much of a concern, but for us larger dogs (like me!) we would benefit greatly from the added safety distance. Let's see what we can do. Roll on Burley!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pjon from Not too bad I bought this 5 months ago and it's pretty good. The only complaint I have is about the buttons on the side that hold the cover in place. The cart rolled over once and the button came off and now the cover is messed up. I try to get the part online and they never have it in stock at burley.cam. the next complaint I have is about the emergency brake, it would keep locking the wheels while I was moving and I couldn't remove it because the hardware is hidden so I had to super glue it. Also the cover is very faded already and needs a replacement only after several months. Overall this should be a lot better quality for the price but still the best Option for dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by travelgal from Now we can take the whole family Got a trike and a Burley for my 70th Birthday. Riding the trails as a family (including our service dog) is the best activity in the world. Our pup loves the Burley. He jumps in and loves to look at the world as we whiz by. Then he jumps out, runs along side for awhile, then gets back in when he gets tired. With the Burley, we can go much further than if we didn't have a way to carry him. We were not sure how it would work with a trike, but it works very well. His name is Otto, so we have a banner attached to the Burley that says: "Otto Mobile" We absolutely love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ariel from I just took my dog on his first bicycle tour using the Tail Wagon and we both love it! The chariot style makes it a very comfortable ride for him, it was easy to pull, and I barely noticed when he repositioned himself. It was SO much better than when I tried to haul him on a gear trailer. We did just over 200 miles this tour without a single problem from the trailer. The brake made loading and unloading very easy. The only thing I would (and did) change was to add a little bungee to hold the brake in the off position when not in use. So happy that I found a comfortable way to take my dog with on rides. Now he insists on going with every time and I am really looking forward to taking him on a longer tour next summer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tara from Awesome ride Just do it. Pull the trigger and get this trail wagon. Easy setup, sturdy construction, and very quick training for doggie get accustomed to this ride. Our Czech Shepherd fur baby is 53 lbs, 29 in long and fit inside just fine. It's slightly tight when she lays down, but still fits and she figured out how to maximize the platform by laying diagonally. In future iterations, it would be nice to see Burley 1) add a bit of length to accommodate longer dogs (2 in would be nice) and 2) include off-rpad tires. Remove any excess metal parts on your dogs collar before the ride so it doesn't get stuck on the mesh. Otherwise, it's a great way to get a different workout in by towing extra weight. She loved the trip to the beach and a fellow rider commented, "I love your setup!!!" Excellent product, Burley, keep the pet products coming!

Rated 4 out of 5 by tgm228 from Awesome wagon, some minor improvements possible We love the tail wagon. We're still working on getting one of our pups to ride in it without screeching and get the other to ride in it without trying to jump out, so we haven't been able to use it as much as we'd like. In terms of potential improvements - the wagon was a bit harder to clip open than we think it should've been. It also is pretty large, even when collapsed, which makes storing the wagon in our apartment a challenge. We wish there was an easy way to secure the wheels with the wagon when they're taken off the wagon and/or an easy way to secure the wagon with a lock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cara Tenuta from We love the Tail Wagon! It easily holds our 4 Yorkies (9 lbs. to 12 lbs.) and they are comfortable in it. We pull it with our bikes and we use it as a stroller. It allows us to take the dogs in places where they might not be welcome outside of the stroller, like the neighborhood library. CVS, etc... It is easy to hook/unhook from a bike. It is also light enough that we can hang it from the ceiling of the garage with our bikes.
